Returning products
A product purchased on the website can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer - or within 14 days from the date of receipt of a written document detailing the details of the transaction (whichever is later) - along with a purchase invoice.
How to return products
If you wish to return (subject to the above) you must inform us of your desire to do so, through the website or by phone, within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will send a courier to collect it. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
3. Getting a credit for returning a product
Receipt Refund for cancellation of a purchase made on the website, subject to the above, will be made to the credit card on which the transaction was made, with the credit company.

Your order may not be placed if, after the completion of the purchase procedure, the product you selected is out of stock, or if your credit card details and/or your complete details have not been captured in the system.
